Ticket Terms and Conditions:
- All attendees must have a valid ticket to enter the venue.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Re-entry is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by event management.
Identification
- Valid photo identification (ID) is required for entry.
- Age requirement is 18+ (ID’s will be checked at the door).
- Ladies of Qatari Nationality will not be allowed to enter regardless of age.
Prohibited Items
- No weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous items.
- No outside food or beverages (exceptions made for medical reasons).
- No large bags or backpacks; only small purses or clear bags allowed.
- No professional camera equipment, audio recording devices, or drones.
- No fireworks, laser pointers, or any items that can disrupt the concert.
Security Screening
- All attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry.
- Refusal to comply with security checks will result in denied entry without refund.
During the Concert
- Behavior and Conduct
- Be respectful to fellow concertgoers, performers, and staZ.
- No aggressive behavior, including pushing, shoving, or fighting.
- No crowd surfing, moshing, or stage diving.
- Follow all instructions given by event staZ and security personnel.
- Drunken or disorderly conduct will result in removal from the venue without refund.
Accessibility
- Accessible seating and services are available. Contact the venue in advance forarrangements.
- Service animals are permitted for individuals with disabilities, but no other pets are allowed.
