Зрители увидят и услышат историю избалованной девочки Розы, которая сбегает из дома, чтобы жить на улице с беспризорниками и их предводителем Васильком. Однако, жизнь “цветов улиц” не так проста, как ей казалось. Злодей Нарцисс, который готов на всё, чтобы найти цветок, исполняющий желания, заставляет детей приносить ему цветы со всего города. Но волшебный цветок расветает только перед теми, кто обрел настоящую дружбу и доверие. Смогут ли Роза и Василёк освободить детей, чтобы цветы улиц расцвели во всей красе и обрели свою семью?
