- Make reasonably necessary alterations to the advertised event arrangements, featured participants or programme
- Cancel or abandon any event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a maximum of the ticket price (if an event cancels in advance we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you have provided)
- Use any photography or videography captured by attendees at The Baby Expo for reporting or marketing material
- By purchasing this ticket you consent to being filmed or photographed during the event and for The Baby Expo to use these images in event promotion & social media unless instructed to remove
- The Baby Expo cannot be held responsible for long queue durations.

The ticket holder understands that The Baby Expo will have many exhibitors where certain areas are designated for each of them. The ticket holder also understands that it is not the responsibility of the Company to observe and supervise each exhibitor within his designated area therefore the ticket holder hereby declares he/she shall have neither claim nor demand of any kind whatsoever against the Company for the activities carried out by the exhibitors within their designated area.
